Ellen is a UK based author who has written poetry, journals, and stories since as far back as she can remember. She grew up travelling, with long stretches on the road where she had to indulge her imagination. Because of this, she enjoys writing a strong sense of place imbued with a touch of folklore and will often convey characters who have experienced unconventional or traumatic childhoods. 

Ellen writes predominantly sapphic dark romance, and erotic horror.

She has an MA in Creative Writing and a background in teaching Philosophy and Psychology, branching off to complete training within counselling. 

You will see these influences in her writing. She likes to pour her energy into emotionally complex characters, exploring their mental health, attachment styles, abandonment wounds, and grief. Philosophical ideas about the nature of identity and reality will also seep in unexpectedly, merging with creepy forest settings and erotica.
