Ruby Nimz was born in England but raised in Minnesota. She is a Midwest girl through and through who found a love for writing and reading again in her late twenties. Her goal is to share her stories and love for unhinged women. Writing has always been an outlet for her. At one point, her family even thought she would be a journalist. Officially sharing her work within two anthologies this far in 2025, she can already tell writing LGBTQ characters will be a must in anything she releases. 

In her free time, not only is she writing, but she is also running a small business and chasing seven cats and two dogs around her house. Yapping with her favorite authors is what gave Ruby the inspiration and encouragement to share her stories with the world.
